Can I finance it?
Tell us where you stand with financing on the form. We'll talk it through once there's a specific lot and home to price.
Does joining commit me to anything?
No. It's a list, not a contract. You can ask to be taken off any time.
Why modular and manufactured homes?
They're built in a factory to code, which keeps the cost and the timeline predictable. That's what lets us price the land and home together at a number more people can reach.
